The dream of every K-pop fan of having a K-pop concert in India came true with the event of ‘IN2ITXION’ by IN2IT. IN2IT is a South Korean boy group that debuted on October 26, 2017. There are six members in the group namely, Lee In-pyo, YooJi-ahn, Jeong Yeon-tae, Hwang In-ho, Han Hyun-uk, and Isaac Voo Kai-meng. The concert was held in two cities; Mumbai on April 15th and 16th and Delhi on April 18th and 19th in 2019.
It was my final year at school when I got to know about the concert as well as the group. I listened to all of their songs and felt that they were amazing which made me want to go to their concert so badly. Therefore, I made a plan with my friends and we finally booked the tickets for the concert! The day of the concert finally arrived. It was my first K-pop concert on the last day of the tour of IN2IT ‘IN2ITXION’ in India, which was on April 19th. I waited with my friends outside Siri Fort Auditorium so that we could enter and click pictures. We, then, once again waited in the hall outside the main auditorium along with the other fans.
Meanwhile, in the hall, there was a huge speaker along with BTS members’ standees and we once again clicked a lot of pictures with it and danced our hearts out. After half an hour, the gates of the main auditorium opened and with excitement, we went inside the auditorium. We were all seated and waited for the group to perform on the stage.
The event started with a welcoming speech by the Ambassador of Korea in India, followed by a surprise performance by Alexa on the song ‘Say My Name’ by ATEEZ, which was unexpected and marvelous! Then came IN2IT on stage and we screamed our hearts out in delight when they greeted us in Hindi saying, “Namaste” and “Hum Tumse Bahut Pyaar Karte Hai” (We Love You) to the fans. They performed various songs such as ‘Amazing’, ‘SnapShots,’ ‘Be-Bop Baby,’ ‘Sorry for my English,”2U,’ ‘Paradise,’ etc. They also learned some Hindi words from the fans and we surprised them by speaking in Korean to them. They also covered songs like BTS’s ‘Idol,’ EXO’s ‘Love Shot,’ Shawn Mendes’s ‘There’s Nothing Holding Me Back,’ GOT7’s ‘Lullaby,’ and Descendants of the Sun’s OST ‘You Are My Everything,’ The cheering of the fans after they had performed was immaculate.
In the end, they amazed us with their performance of the popular Hindi song ‘Bole Chudiyan’ with Alexa wearing a “lehenga–choli” (traditional Indian dress) and IN2IT wearing suits and “sherwanis.” After the concert ended, we got to meet and shake hands with some of the members and we even shared our experiences with the NamasK Team, who along with other promotional partners like Rolling Stone, Korean Tourism Organization, INOX, and DigiOsmosis, had made the concert so well promoted. Our experiences also got featured in their Instagram stories. The concert was full of many astounding surprises which were thrilling and exciting. It is a beautiful memory that one must cherish for life! I know I will!

I know these boys since Boyz 24 era and I still follow their music. They are really very talented but I didn’t got the chance to attend their concert🥲🥲. I will for sure attend their next concert in India. And also Alexa rocked with them. They performed Bole Chudiyan in Mumbai. I really hope I could watch it. 🥺
