The song is very addictive and catchy, and has an incredibly smooth instrumental along with the enchanting vocals of the members. The costumes, set and backdrop of the MV, rich color palette and dreamy and mysterious visuals of the members in the MV make it very alluring for the audience.

The song that makes listeners Lucid, (quite literally) In my Dreams, is a fan favorite B Side of the group’s album Feel My Rhythm. A combination of heavenly vocals and almost fairytale like music, the message of the song is conveyed easily.

It talks about an individual who is longing for love in real life but hopes that they will be able to find that in their dreams. The lyrics emphasize that they don’t want to wake up from this dream, knowing that it isn’t real, and only hope to be loved back in their dreams. The song is melancholic and bittersweet.

Overall, the R&B/ ballad song is enthralling and holds the listeners to yearn for what it has to offer, thus making it one of the Top 5 of Red Velvet’s songs.

Future is an electro medium pop OST released by Red Velvet for the K-drama Start Up which was released in 2020.

The song describes the protagonist of the drama who is envisioning a happy future with her partner, who motivates her and encourages her through tough times in life. The song is about a protagonist holding her partner’s hand while they overcome challenges together, giving her strength and going to the future with someone who believes in her. 

The song captures the enriching voices of the group members while adding a positive gleam to the song, and grips the audience to the K-drama and the song as well. It is yet another positive and supportive song released.

  • I don’t really stan Red Velvet, but I’ve listened to all the songs mentioned here and even a few more. Psycho and Bad Boy always stand out to me for how smooth and layered they sound. The group really has that mix of playful and mysterious energy that keeps you listening. This list captures their vibe perfectly.

  • I didn't listen any song of them except start-up's ost which I heared during watching the drama and I can say that they are really talented every note of the song can able to make you stun and I try this listen more songs of them

  • I don't know much about Red velvet but I have surely heard 'physcho' song and no doubt it was fab! Red velvet know how to turn heartbreak into harmony. Physcho will surely amazing no matter rhow many times you listen.
