On November 23, all the ‘Once’ (TWICE’s Fandom name) across Mumbai came together to celebrate ten years of TWICE at Astral Studio, Andheri East, Mumbai. It was organized by Purple Door Events & Entertainment. The venue was beautifully decorated in a theme dedicated to the girl group Twice. It was not limited to the aesthetics, but it was packed with an unlimited fun package. Even the fans were all dressed up in remembrance of the different eras of Twice, making it unique and memorable. Ms. Priti Khemghamkar, being a K-pop fan since 2016, shared her experience and the overall enthusiasm she felt throughout the event.
Screening and Games
After the host introduced the event, they started with a 2-hour-long concert screening of TWICE’s ‘This is For’ 2025 tour from Japan. Throughout the show, the fans cheered, screamed, sang along, and laughed out loud during the funny moments. They even performed hook steps while seated and recorded the moments on their phone. There was the best segment of the day, where fun group games related to TWICE were played, including quizzes, guessing the song by music, and forming words into human shapes. The energy was friendly and competitive. Each player was determined to win. All the winners were given a Twice group poster.

Performances and Random Dance Play
The performances segment began with a female aspiring solo singer from Mumbai, who enchanted the audience with her voice. Followed by a girl group, setting the stage on fire with songs like ‘This is For’ by TWICE and ‘Gabriela’ by Katseye.’ All the Onces cheered the performers, while some just danced along.
The RDP segment has always been special, and the most exciting one; all the fans energetically gather together and perform on the random K-pop beats played in the queue. The songs played were most of TWICE’s songs, like ‘What is Love,’ ‘Look at me,’ ‘Fancy,’ and many more. Songs by other K-pop artists were also queued, including ‘Fashion’ by CORTIS, ‘Gabriela’ by Katseye, etc.

Cake Cutting Ceremony and Merchandise Stalls
During the short break, all the songs from the debut era to the current one were played, making fans nostalgic and dance to their beats. The atmosphere witnessed an endearing interaction between all the ‘Onces’. There were four stalls across the room; the first one in the row had photocards and posters, followed by cute keychains/keyrings, small TWICE toys, and plushies. One of the stalls had many pretty TWICE-themed nail extensions.
At the end of the event, a cake-cutting ceremony took place, and all the fans gathered to sing and cut the cake. It was a beautiful, TWICE-themed cake arranged by the organizers. Fans altogether cheered with the fanchant for the girl group, and then sang the greeting ‘Saengil Chukha TWICE,’ creating the most adorable moment.

Fan Experiences
Priti Khemghamkar, since 2016, followed a few groups, and one of them was TWICE. Thus, this fan event was quite special for her. She shared her experience from the day.
I have loved TWICE since 2016, as I found their songs very catchy, cheerful, and fun; it just naturally attracted me. Attending this fan event in India was indeed surprising and quite refreshing to watch the fandom grow in India. It took some time to find the studio, but the entry was quite smooth. Even the crowd was managed perfectly. We were approximately 20-30 fans gathered together to celebrate TWICE and their journey. I heard one of the fans came from Pune, which was quite endearing. The space buzzed with a friendly and fun-loving environment. It was a thoughtful event by the Purple Door Team.
I was impressed by the outfits worn by Onces, which depicted the eras of TWICE so far. It was quite new and admirable. The team games were enjoyable, leading us to interact more and win a Twice Poster. It created an unforgettable memory full of cute bonds connected through music and dance. All the laughter during the game sessions, the excitement of watching your favorites on the big screen, and exploring the merchandise stalls were sweet and memorable. Hoping that in the future, if I get the chance, I will definitely attend such fan events for more fun games and more interactions with fellow fans. Overall, it was a great experience for the first-ever TWICE fan event.”

Simran Hargiri, one of the attendees, described how amazing she felt at the event.
One of the best things that I got the opportunity to attend and celebrate TWICE’s 10 years with fellow Onces. The fans who attended were quite interactive with each other. The concert screenings, performances, and the best part of the event was RDP, where we enjoyed ourselves. The only time when all strangers took over the floor to dance together, we had known each other for too long. There were many stalls, including TWICE’s photocards, posters, and bookmarks, as well as artistic K-pop and Twice-inspired nail sets. One of the stalls I loved the most had the cutest and adorable keychains and stickers. It was hosted by a person I’ve known for a long time (also referred to as my unnie). They had a lucky draw, and the winners received the merchandise from the stall. One of the best memories of the day was meeting my favorite people, Iqra and Ankita unnie. My heart was too full. It was a wholesome memory. I’ve attended so many events organized by the Purple Door, and now I believe I’ll never have a bad experience.
Conclusion
The fan event in Mumbai on the 23rd of November, 2025, perfectly captured the spirit of love and the vibe of celebrating “Ten Years of TWICE.” Fans, their teens to mid-thirties, were happily interacting with each other. It was a surreal moment showcasing the true beauty of fan events. It was a platform for fans to show their love and support for their beloved artist, meet fellow fans, explore merchandise, watch concert screenings and performances, together, and be part of the Random Play Dance. This highlights the growing popularity of TWICE in India.
