K-Event Review: Kindlife Kosmos and Neaf Neaf K-Beauty Brand Launch by Jiwoo

The Kindlife Kosmos event was held on December 7th and 8th, 2024 at DLF Avenue, Saket, and hosted by Kindlife. It was a dream come true for K-pop and Korean skincare enthusiasts. This event offered a unique chance to explore the world of Korean beauty, music, and food, creating an unforgettable experience for visitors.

Adding a local touch, Indian artists like Sickflip, Prabh Deep, and Zaeden lit up the stage, blending desi vibes with the Korean theme. The event’s main highlight was the exclusive pre-launch of the Korean skincare brand Neaf Neaf owned by Jung Ji-woo, which drew significant attention. 

The event showcased a variety of stalls and booths, offering everything from skincare and food to merchandise and interactive experiences like the charm bar and nail bar. It also featured exciting games, a fun photo booth, and captivating K-pop performances to keep the audience engaged. Everyone who attended left with something special—whether it was skincare freebies, delicious food samples, or adorable photo strips with their friends.

Neaf Neaf Brand Launch

In today’s hectic life routine, people of all ages, from the younger to the elderly, have started paying close attention to their skincare. One of the major adaptations of modern Korean skincare is known for its innovative techniques and formulas for glowing, healthy skin–and it has changed the whole perspective of getting glowing skin. It has revolutionized the global skincare market over the past few decades. Following the trends that determine the direction of K-pop, K-drama, and most importantly, Korean beauty (K-beauty) is the cornerstone of conservation. Korean beauty has set a new standard for everyday beauty and self-care. A key player in this initiative is Ji-Woo, one of the leading personalities of K-beauty, who is expanding K-beauty globally with the launch of her beauty brand “Neaf Neaf” in India. 

Radhika Ghai, CEO of Kindlife, expressed her excitement about the partnership, saying,

“We bring the best of Korean beauty to young Indian consumers and we are excited to partner with Jiwoo to launch Neaf Neaf in India.”

Ji-woo also shared her excitement about the launch of Neaf Neaf in India at the Kindlife Kosmos event, where famous YouTuber and content creator Sherry Shroff was the host. She expressed gratitude for the support of Indian consumers and emphasized her commitment to trusting and giving so much love to the brand. This brand launch is a testament to the growing interest in K-beauty skin care, especially in India, and how eager consumers are to adapt Korean skincare routines. Ji-woo, herself, was so mesmerized by receiving such a warm welcome from the Indian audience. 

She also shared her daily beauty routine; when it comes to personal self-care, highlighted her commitment to both physical well-being and mental health. She added that her skin’s needs are to avoid alcohol, stay hydrated, and incorporate vitamins and necessary supplements into her daily self-care routine. Introducing, Korea’s popular practices for using face masks every day to keep the skin hydrated; she shared the importance of high-quality masks that are on the market. For the unversed, in addition to founding Neaf Neaf, Ji-woo is also the CEO of brands such as AJ Look, Meziwoo, and Fun the Mental. 

Activities

The Kindlife Cosmos event was full of excitement, with various popular beauty brands featuring exciting activities, giveaways, and challenges for participants, leading brands such as Neaf Neaf, COSRX, iUNIK, Dashing Diva, Frudia, Skinfood, Secret Key, Within Beauty, Beauty of Joseon, OSEO, Naturali, Glitter Bar, among others. It was a hands-on experience for everyone that provided the opportunity to try new products and enjoy free samples. It makes it possible for everyone to better expose themselves to K-beauty products. 

The event showcased many exciting fun games and activities that kept attendees entertained throughout the day. The highlight of the event was the Mukbang competition. Participants tested their spice tolerance while sampling hot, spicy bowls of Too Yumm! K-Bomb ramen. Another fun activity was the electric pole game, which added an element of competition and excitement to the event. Participants also enjoyed word games by creating words using brand names. There was also K-pop album booth by Coko Dive that allowed fans to purchase albums at an affordable rate as well as conducted album giveaways. Among other attractions were booths by Koja India and Good Seoul India.

One of the eye-catching spots was the popular cute Korean-style photo booth, which loved capturing them for good memories, while the spin-the-wheel game offered exciting discounts and giveaways along with delicious food and beauty products such as sheet masks, etc. Kindlife Cosmos activities and interaction with all beauty brands was a fun experience for beauty lovers, including great products for everyone to reward and have an unforgettable time.   

Performances (Day 1 & 2)

The performances at the Kindlife Kosmos event were nothing short of spectacular. On December 7th, the stage came alive with dynamic K-pop dance covers by Outkasts, whose high-energy moves got everyone on their feet. KSC followed, making the crowd groove to their vibrant beats. DJ Sickflip kept the momentum going with an electrifying set that had everyone dancing non-stop. The evening ended on a high note with Prabh Deep delivering a powerful performance featuring some of his best songs.

On December 8th, the day began with a surprise flash mob K-pop performance by ZXT, leaving the audience in awe. As the evening progressed, DJs thegreybox and Soopy had the crowd swaying to their beats. Girl Crush and Mixdupp then took over the stage, delivering an electrifying performance that had everyone jumping and dancing. To close the event, Zaeden performed his popular hits like Dhuriya, Tere Bina, and Irade. The audience sang along, making the moment even more magical. Zaeden’s soulful performance was undoubtedly one of the event’s highlights, leaving everyone with memories to cherish.

These performances brought incredible energy and made the event truly unforgettable for all who attended.

Overall, attending the Kindlife Kosmos event was an unforgettable experience! From the lively K-pop performances and engaging activities to the exclusive pre-launch of Neaf Neaf by Jung Ji-Woo, every moment was a delight. Exploring stalls from leading K-beauty brands, winning giveaways, and enjoying interactive games like the spicy ramen challenge made it even more exciting. The mesmerizing performances by artists like Zaeden and Prabh Deep truly made this event a dream for beauty and music lovers!

    Though I couldn’t attend this event but I feel like i experienced everything through this one article. From the beginning that tells that how enjoyable the event was and till the end of the performance by zaeden.
    Well nowadays because of hallyuism its true that now everybody is taking a really good care of their skincare and in this these korean brands are really helpful. I have noticed that these brands modifying their products according to the needs of consumer as our weather conditions is different from their. I am not a person who know much about beauty products and beauty care but these kind of events makes me want to know more.
    The whole now I know that I missed a great opportunity to enjoy this event but still I think after reading this article I can literally imagine the whole excitement and experience people. But still I am quite positive and believe that ” better luck next time”😁.
