Monsta X, a six-member K-pop group including Hyungwon, I.M., Shownu, Minhyuk, Joohoney, and Kihyun, debuted in May 2015 and marked their 10th anniversary this year. With an intent to share the stage as a group after completing their military service and to celebrate a decade of their journey with fans, they announced a three-day concert from 18th to 20th July, 2025, titled “2025 MonstaX: ConnectX” at KSPO Dome, Seoul, South Korea. The most anticipated days for the Monbebes living around the world, and for those who attended the concert.
Carrying forward the same zeal and enthusiasm, Chau Ngo Nguyen Kim, who is a hardcore Monbebe, shared her delightful and fun experience of all three days, adding her charm by specially celebrating the group’s anniversary by attending their concert.

Beauty of Venue & Special Projects by Fans
From day one until the last day, Seoul’s KSPO Dome buzzed with the unbeatable energy and kindness of Monbebe. The venue glowed in neon and black, enhancing the futuristic, live, and modern atmosphere for their fans. The fan projects are a special touch of happiness during the concerts. Monbebe made sure to keep each other excited and energetic throughout the concert by giving out freebies and snacks while waiting in the long queue to enter the venue. There were three different versions of banners prepared by fans for the series of days. They had printed songs on them to sing together while waiting for Monsta X’s next stage.

Momentum Between the Idols and Their Fans
On the first day of the concert series, when the members of Monsta X appeared on the stage, Joohoney, one of them, screamed,
It’s time to wake up again.

In response to that, the crowd cheered at the top of their lungs. The concert began with the song ‘Beastmode’, electrifying the venue with their powerful voices. What followed next was their debut song, ‘Trespass.’ They performed it with a live band, driving the fans to tear up emotionally and vibe energetically at the same time throughout their performance. It was a long-awaited moment shared by the group members and Monbebes.
With powerful choreography and a charismatic stage presence, the setlist peaked with the groovy song ‘Who Do U Love’ ft French Montana and the intense ‘Crescendo’ and warmed to romantic songs like ‘By My Side’ and ‘Love Forever,’ respectively. With that, they performed ‘Fire & Ice,’ an unreleased track that is expected to be released around next month, as a preview of the upcoming electrifying force with a dramatic, delicate touch. Their encore stage included ‘Spotlight,’ a Japanese single released in 2018, followed by ‘Zone,’ ‘Rodeo,’ and ‘Fallin’, creating a wild and hypnotic breeze across the Dome, while the fans sang along with their fan-chants as light sticks pounded freely in the air. Some of the songs have different fan chants, making it a unique and beautiful experience. Similarly, the color and effects of lightsticks change on every song based on its vibe.

Chau, who attended, stated in her statement,
They always sing live so well; I am never disappointed about this. It’s better to listen to them in reality compared to the recorded version.

I.M., one of the members, shared,
He wasn’t well this time, but he tried to join the concert.
Adding up, he shared how thankful he felt towards his hyungs (referring to ‘older brothers,’ all members of Monsta X), who are always by his side and take care of him. Those words shared a sense of warmth across the space, welling up the hearts of the fans.
On the last day of the concert series, a VCR was prepared, showcasing Monsta X’s journey from their debut until now. It included all the difficult times they experienced from becoming trainees to their debut till the present, highlighting how they have grown and developed into the perfect versions of themselves, making their fans emotional, proud, and grateful to exist. The time between the six members and the fans was an emotional and happy ride, storing all of them as remarkable memories for life.

Fan Experience
Chau lived those three blissful series of days and described how proud she felt throughout them.

I booked myself for all three days of the celebration of Monsta X’s 10th anniversary since I did not want to miss any moment. This is not my first time at the KSPO Dome. But I’m always so excited to be there, a feeling that I can’t describe in words. My flight was delayed, so I came to the venue quite late. There was a long line queuing to redeem the ticket. Luckily, it didn’t take much time. Everyone was excited, just like me. Monbebes are so cute; they gave me a lot of freebies, including snacks that gave me enough energy to enjoy a full concert in about 4 hours. I also bought 3 items—a lightstick cape, a lightstick charm, and a photo slogan of my bias, Shownu.
As the concert began, they appeared on stage, and Joohoney’s scream was the moment for me. I screamed, feeling relieved knowing this time that they are finally back. I was waiting for so long to see them again together on stage. It’s still stuck in my mind to this day. I came to the concert alone on other days. As my friends attended the first day, I did not feel lonely at all because the Monbebes were so generous; they helped me take pictures. It was quite fun. It made me feel tough. Last time, there were five members on stage. But this time I can see a full group on stage. I went straight for all three days with different zones and seats, so all members came into my view, but Hyungwon is the one I recorded a lot of. All the members throughout the concert made sure to meet as much as possible. They ran around the dome. My seats were on the 1st and 2nd floors, but I was still able to clearly see them.
The VCR was a set full of reminders, showing how hard they worked to improve themselves day by day. I felt so proud to witness the moment as their fan. I almost cried when they said goodbye. On the last day, I sat outside for about 30 minutes processing that the three days had come to an end. I’m so proud of them, although they didn’t have much time to prepare for the concert after reuniting with the members, but they made it possible, making all the stages so wonderful. I want to thank them for being MONSTA X and thank them for being my happiness and my motivation. My life is more beautiful and colorful.

Conclusion
On the 18th, 19th, and 20th of July, 2025, a series of ‘2025 Monsta X: Connect X’ took place at KSPO Dome in Seoul, South Korea. It was for three eventful days, for Monbebes to connect and celebrate with members, for their reunion from the military, and to complete a decade as Monsta X. The series was special for both the members and the fans as all members last performed together in 2022, and this year they finally appeared jointly once again, ending the fans’ wait and yearning.

In a short period, ‘Monsta X’ made the concert possible; from performing most of their tracks, including their debut song and unreleased one, they took over the stage, unleashing their hellish and immersive energy. Monbebes were lost by their unbeatable aura as they joined them with screams, sing-alongs, fan chants, and the dance of lightsticks. The energy of fans did not dim even for a second and echoed across the Dome, which once again witnessed one of the most magnetic K-pop fandoms.
As the final notes faded, the memories created during these three days will forever resonate in the hearts of fans, serving as a testament to the bond between Monsta X and their devoted Monbebes. This celebration not only marked a milestone in their journey but also strengthened the spirit of unity and love that defines the K-pop community.
