“Break The Silence Docu Series” is the BTS documentary series directed by Park Jun-soo, and its executive producer was Bang Si-hyuk. This series is about their Love Yourself Speak Yourself World Tour, which took place from 2018 to 2019, and it was their longest tour with concerts in many different countries throughout the world. There are seven episodes. The first episode was released on May 12th, 2020, and the last episode on May 28th, 2020. The artists starring are Kim Namjoon, Kim Seokjin, Min Yoongi, Jung Hoseok, Park Jimin, Kim Taehyung, and Jeon Jungkook.

This series showcases the beautiful moments that they have experienced throughout the tour. They have talked about their strengths and weaknesses that they faced, their hard work, their emotions, and their love for the ARMY.

Episode 1: Still Going On Together

The first episode starts with some of their moments from their outstanding performances all over the world. Rap Monster, aka Kim Namjoon, speaks in the first episode about how the seven of them are so different, they have their different directions and thoughts, but they unite by their singing and dancing. The first episode covers some of their moments from the Tokyo concert that took place in 2018. In this episode, we see the moment when they received the Artist of the Year award at MAMA. Taehyung also speaks about how happy they feel when they see the sincere looks in the ARMY’s eyes, and for that, when things get tough for them, they can overcome it with that. And at the end of the episode, Jimin said that everything was possible because they had the same goal.

Episode 2: You Can Call Me Idol

In the second episode, they visit Taiwan to perform. They talk about how for every performance they want to show us something new, but somehow they think that they always perform the same performances, which is absolutely not true. In this episode, we see Park Jimin and Kim Taehyung composing their singles ‘Promise’ and ‘Scenery,’ and also how Namjoon helps everyone during their song composition. Both of them wanted to show us something new and a song that would touch the ARMY’s hearts. Next, in the same episode, they visit Singapore for their next performance, and unfortunately, the weather did not support them. It was their hottest performance, and they felt very sick after their performance, especially Jungkook. As a big brother, J-Hope gave him some good advice about his dancing in the concerts, which Jungkook accepted with all his heart.

Episode 3: Way To Work

In this episode, they come back to Seoul for their new album. Then Taehyung and  Jimin recorded their singles, which they were talking about in the previous episode. After recording for their new album, they again started their tour from Hong Kong and then Bangkok. The Bangkok concert was a risky one, as the stage was not strong, and we could see the staff holding the stage. Later in this episode, their album ‘Map of the Soul: Persona’ was released in 2019. The episode ends with their practice for their new dance and the stage setups for their new performances.

Episode 4: Speak Yourself

This episode begins with their powerful performance of ‘Dionysus. They think that these concerts are live festivals to them, and it really was a festival. They leave for a tour, and their first destination was Los Angeles. They rehearsed for their new performances. They were shocked by the packed stadium and their screams, which motivated them very much. In this episode, Jimin shared that he thinks the fireworks are just something perfect after the show. They were happy and excited during their LA performance, but it was cold there, and it was a good start for their Speak Yourself Tour.

Episode 5: The Opposite Side

This episode covers their New York Tour. In this episode, the members talked about what they do when they are on a tour, except for the concerts. They go for a small tour in the city, or maybe fulfill their small wishes, or maybe exercise. In this episode, they performed in Chicago, and it was special as it rained a lot during their performance. Then, leaving North America, they traveled to South America, more precisely to Brazil, São Paulo. They enjoyed their tour to Brazil, but unfortunately Jimin was a little disappointed and sad as his throat was not well and he could not give his best, but he accepted the circumstances and at last some words from the Brazilian ARMY’s.

Episode 6:  Now and Tomorrow

This episode covers the performances at Wembley Stadium, London. After their performances, they shared some memories and some funny moments while eating. Then Jin’s single ‘Tonight’ was also released. And some moments from their concerts.

Episode 7: We Walked Together

They visit Riyadh, which was their second last destination, and after they go back to their homeland, South Korea. The last three concerts of the 14-month-long tour were held in Seoul, and that was the end of their tour and also the series.

In the whole series, the members had spoken about a lot of things, sharing their memories, facing all kinds of difficulties together, and having heartfelt talks with each other. Everything that they do during their tours. At last, they gave a special thanks to their biggest love, ARMY.

Break the Silence gives a deeply emotional and honest look into the lives of BTS beyond the stage. It shows that behind their global success, there are moments of loneliness, pressure, and self-doubt. The series beautifully captures their strength, passion, and dedication, making us appreciate not just their talent but their resilience as human beings💜

Break the silence perfectly shows the stories behind BTS live stages . Their struggles, exhaustion, their unity while having different outlooks on things make them one of a kind artists. 💟
