Editor: Prachi Vaid (Delhi, India)

Big Ocean, the world’s first sign language idol group, is set to return next month with their 3rd mini album, unveiling a bold new chapter in their artistic journey. On February 5 at 9:00 AM (KST), Big Ocean members—Chanyeon, PJ, and Jiseok announced their comeback through their official social media channels, revealing the release of their 3rd mini album “THE GREATEST BATTLE”, scheduled for March 3 at 6:00 PM (KST). Alongside the announcement, the group unveiled the album’s cover image and official promotion scheduler, heightening anticipation for their return.

In the newly released cover image, Big Ocean commands attention with resolute poses and black-toned casual styling, exuding a powerful and charismatic aura. The flowing fabric and the inscription etched onto the ground spark curiosity, inviting speculation about the deeper meaning behind the imagery and amplifying interest in the message and concept the group will deliver through this album.

Ahead of the comeback, Big Ocean also revealed a new team logo and symbol, signaling a distinct shift in mood and direction. The refined yet impactful logo hints at a fresh beginning for the group, while the symbolic emblem, reminiscent of rolling waves, incorporates the group’s name and debut year, reinforcing their identity and journey.

According to the promotion scheduler for “THE GREATEST BATTLE,” Big Ocean will kick off album promotions with the release of the tracklist on February 9, followed by group concept photos on February 10, and a series of album-related content to be unveiled sequentially, steadily building excitement toward the comeback.
