Due to the increasing popularity of Korean Beauty Products in the market, a lot of people are now developing an interest in adopting the Korean Skin Care Routine to get glass-like skin. Read below, to find out about the products and brand that I have used for my own skincare routine.

SHEET MASK

 Brand I love : The Face Shop (Real Nature Rice Sheet Mask)

Face Masks were the first kind of products that actually got me to invest in skin-care as I always wanted to try them when I saw them in K-dramas. And finally, I got that chance when ‘The Face Shop’, a renowned Korean beauty brand was launched in India. So basically, sheet masks are single-use face-shaped masks that are filled with a serum that provides a lot of hydration to the skin. The best part of the sheet mask is that there are a variety of serums that you can try and see which one works best as per your skin type.

Applying a sheet mask usually take 15-20 minutes and it can be done as frequently or infrequently in a week or a month as you like. Best results if used after applying toner.

TONER

Brand I love : It’s Skin Aloe toner

Korean toners differ from other toners available in the market because they’re meant to hydrate, moisturize, and balance your skin’s pH level after cleansing. Basically, toning is the first step of skincare post-cleansing. Personally, I love to use an aloe-based toner because it calms and refreshes my skin and also helps in preventing any breakout that is forming.

SERUM

Brand I love : Innisfree Green Tea Seed Serum

For the Korean Skincare Routine, using a serum is one of the major steps as they are remedy to more skin-specific issues. Serums are highly concentrated products that you can use according to your skin type.

The Innisfree Green Tea Seed Serum that I am currently using now is by far the best one. I have tried several serums, but this serum works best for my combination skin. It helps me in reducing my acne. Also, I really love its consistency and mild fragrance. It gives you a supple and acne-free skin. Using a good serum also reduces pigmentation and tones down the oily skin.

EYE CREAM

Brand I love : LANEIGE Water Bank Eye Gel_EX

If you think that eye creams are only supposed to be used if you see signs of ageing, then its a big NO! The skin around your eyes is thinner and gets easily dehydrated, so it should be treated with a cream specifically formulated to protect, nourish, brighten, or de-puff the eyes irrespective of age.

SLEEPING MASK

Brands I love : Laneige Water Sleeping Mask and Innisfree Aloe Sleeping Pack

I had never tried a night sleeping mask before I started following the Korean skincare routine. Sleeping masks are the last step to the night care skin routine. Water Sleeping Mask by Laneige is an overnight mask that gives the skin a lively, well-rested appearance the next morning; thanks to its sleep-tox purifying effect and its aromatic sleep scent that helps you relax while you sleep. Innisfree sleeping pack is for my acne and break out days, when I want to calm my skin. So these are the 5 Korean products that I love and never skip them from my skin care routine.
