After 7 years of anticipation, the Kings of K-pop EXO marked their return to Thailand with EXO PLANET #6 – EXhOrizon in Bangkok, their sixth concert tour. Hosted at IMPACT Arena on 16th & 17th May, the silver ocean of EXO-Ls finally reclaimed its territory as EXO brought thousands of fans from across Asia for a weekend filled with music and emotions.

On 16th May, Dr. Kawaljit, an EXO-L from India, fulfilled her dream to see them live on the first day of the Bangkok leg. Here’s her surreal experience from the concert.

NOSTALGIA INTERTWINED WITH “REVERXE”

The concert commenced, filling the entire venue with cheers, excitement, and shining Eribongs (EXO’s official lightstick). When the members appeared on stage, the roar from the fans was deafening. Seeing EXO on stage in person felt unreal to many EXO-Ls after supporting them virtually for so many years. From the very first performance, they demonstrated their powerful choreography and vocals, and the entire arena was filled with loud cheers.

The concert setlist included so many iconic songs that made EXO-Ls extremely ecstatic, excited, and emotional. They performed “Crown” from their latest album, Reverxe, which felt like a direct anthem for the bond between EXO and EXO-Ls. Hit songs like MAMA, Monster, Wolf, Eve, Crazy, Power, Don’t Go, and many more made the entire arena sing together. Every stage felt powerful yet emotional and unforgettable because of the members’ vocals, dance performances, and charismatic stage presence. The members interacted warmly with fans, joked around, and created such a comforting atmosphere throughout the concert.

One of the most memorable parts was hearing everyone sing together while the arena glowed with Eribongs, creating a silver ocean. EXOL’s energy during songs like MAMA, Power, Crazy, Back It Up, and other songs was incredible. The visuals, live performances, fan chants, and emotional ending moments made the whole concert feel magical. The audience’s energy and spirit blended with the concert. Even after the concert ended, nobody wanted the night to be over. For many, this wasn’t a chance to see EXO live but also a memory they’d carry for a long time.

FAN EXPERIENCE- DR. KAWALJIT

It wasn’t just a concert, it felt like coming home.

Attending EXhOrizon in Bangkok was more than just attending a concert; it was the realization of a dream I had carried in my heart for years. EXO has been my comfort, happiness, and strength during different phases of my life, so seeing them perform live felt surreal. There were moments when I simply stood there, tears in my eyes, overwhelmed with emotions, trying to take everything in because I couldn’t believe it was finally happening. Looking around and seeing thousands of EXO-Ls singing the same songs, waving their Eribongs, and sharing the same emotions made me feel like I was part of something truly special.

My most memorable moment was seeing the members on stage for the first time and hearing them sing songs live that I had listened to countless times on my phone. For a few hours, all the waiting, dreaming, and hoping became reality. Even now, when I look back at the photos and videos, I get emotional because EXO gave me memories I will cherish forever. EXhOrizon wasn’t just a concert for me, it was a reminder of why I fell in love with EXO in the first place.

A CHERISHED MEMORY FOR LIFE

EXO has brought comfort, happiness, and unforgettable memories to millions of fans around the world. With a sold-out performance on both days, EXO-Ls reunited with EXO, setting yet another record. The members Suho, Chanyeol, Kai, Sehun, and D.O. provided their fans with an exuberant experience filled with amazing performances, beautiful visuals, emotional talks, and an atmosphere full of love and excitement.

With the end of their Bangkok set, EXO now aims to expand their horizons in Macau, Osaka, Jakarta, Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur, Manila, Tokyo, Kaohsiung, Singapore, and continue their tour. We, Indian EXO-Ls, earnestly wish to see them in India one day.
